- If we need to do some investigation, we may ask you to send the item back to us at your own cost.
- As soon as we receive the item, we'll have it inspected. If it's confirmed as faulty, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund for the item and your postage (just provide us with proof of postage showing the amount).
